Roti / Pita is main food for India and I love it so much.

I made some pieces of Roti for tea time.

Roti's ingrediants are:

1) All-purpose flour: 150g

2) Hot water: 120g

3) Cold water: 10g

4) Salt: 3g

You could bake it with flied pan or oven.

Just take 3 minutes to be served, it is a very simple recipe.

Today, I wanna share with you about my homemade steamed bread., " Meng Tou" is in Chinese.

Indegrates are :

1) All-purpose flour: 200g

2) Coconut milk: 150g

3) Yeast: 3g

Combine all the ingredients for the dough and mix until dough forms.

Knead dough until smooth

Leave the dough for fermenting at least 1 hour.

Cut the dough into small piece and steam them 10 to 15 minutes.

Then, steamed breads are ready to serve.

I love to make a breakfast by myselfe every morning.

Today I want to share with you how to make a French toast in simple way.

First of all, becasue I do not like milk & sugar so I only use toast, black sesame & eggs.

2. Cut the toasts into small pieces or whatever size you like.

3. I used 3 pieces of toasts, so put into 3 eggs & black sesame.

4. Put your toasts into the bowl and mixed up with eggs till all of toasts absorbed the egg juice.

5. Use small fire and put in some olive oil, then put those toasts into fried pan.

    Started to fry toasts till its surface became golden color.

6. Finished delicious French toast and you could add up with some fruit jam, cheese or sweet potato and so on.
