Do you feel your body tight sometime ?

Lots of reasons caused our body tight, maybe we sit too long time for working, watching TV or using your phone and so on.

Hence, we have to learn how to strech in order to release our tight body.

 

I go to gym 3-5 times per week, and I love to do yoga for streching my body.

I trained my shoulder yesterday and felt my shoulder & upper back are tight in the night.

It's so uncomfortable, then I have to do some strech for releasing.

You could see there are some very simple movements in the photo.

These movements are workable and you could feel better few minutes later.

Maybe you do not go to gym frequently but you still could do some strech at home.

It could release your tired or some painful problem of your body after hard work in a day.

Put down your phone and do some strech every single day.

You will find out how different you are.
