Hello, Everyone,

Today, I wanna share with you about my homemade steamed bread., " Meng Tou" is in Chinese.

Indegrates are :

1) All-purpose flour: 200g

2) Coconut milk: 150g

3) Yeast: 3g

Combine all the ingredients for the dough and mix until dough forms.

Knead dough until smooth

Leave the dough for fermenting at least 1 hour.

Cut the dough into small piece and steam them 10 to 15 minutes.

Then, steamed breads are ready to serve.
