Hello, Everyone,
Roti / Pita is main food for India and I love it so much.
I made some pieces of Roti for tea time.
Roti's ingrediants are:
1) All-purpose flour: 150g
2) Hot water: 120g
3) Cold water: 10g
4) Salt: 3g
You could bake it with flied pan or oven.
Just take 3 minutes to be served, it is a very simple recipe.
