Hello ~~~ Everyone,

Good morning.

Today, I want to introduce a chinese fish restaurant - 環球港望蓉城老潭酸菜魚. 

It's too difficult to write in English so let me take down in Chinese.

First of all, this is a Sichuan cuisine restaurant and now very popular in Shanghai.

It opens at 11am but you have to go 1 or half hour earlier to take a waiting number plate.

In the menu, there is a main fish dish with 3 different flavors and they offer you 3 different range depends on how many people coming eat together.

Because we can not eat too spicy so we choose tomato flavor with middle size as below photo.

The middle size is enough for 4 people to eat.

Wow ~~~ It is really amazing, the soup is very tender and refreshing.

I had 2 or 3 bowls or maybe more ..... hehe !!!

The fish is called blackfish or snakeheaded fish or channa argrus.

Its meat is very very soft and no fishy smell.

Fish and tomato soup are perfect combination.

Foods are beautiful presenting and service is also friendly.

You are not only enjoy the flavor of food but also see a great art on the table.

I can't wait to go again..... !!!
